The location was magnificent - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The restaurant was very nice for the dinner, we ordered tasty dishes.

The bathroom was very cold.

The room was lovely, with nice decoration, balcony, as for instance, slept really well. The cost was gbp 191. All the employees were wonderful and perfect.

Quiet atmosphere, wonderful hotel, it has beautiful location close to the outskirts of the main towns, Bansko and Razlog and the foothills of the magnificent Pirin mountain. The rooms are nicely furnished and reasonably large with mountain view and the staff are amazingly kind.

The staff was hospitable & attentive. My room was modern, had smoke detectors for safety measures. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and an amazing view on the mountains.

The staff were helpful and made me feel comfortable. It was new-fashioned, beautifully maintained and with a mountain view. A microwave, an electric kettle and fridges were a nice touch👍

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were affordable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with nice views from the balcony. The location in the mountains was breathtaking, just like in the photos. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast included real fresh juice, which was a nice touch.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

Homely clean property, it has attentive stuff who felt it is appropriate to call the whole staff to confront us at the reception desk. The food is good. The setting is incredible and magnificent, near to Bansko in a nice, and the magnificent Pirin mountain. Besides, Pirin Golf and Country Club is 5 minutes' drive away.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, which were not only spacious and comfortable, but also cleaned on a daily basis with new towels provided. The location of the hotel in the mountains is perfect for those who enjoy a scenic backdrop, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, including the kitchen in the room, and the fact that breakfast was included, complete with real fresh juice.

While there were a few minor flaws, overall everything was satisfactory.

The hotel had a great view from the room, which was really enjoyable. the rooms were large and comfortable, providing a pleasant and cozy environment. the hotel offered a nice lobby area that reminded us of a cozy living room at home.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was questionable as the glasses and cutlery were only rinsed under running water without using soap. This made us feel uncomfortable about the overall cleanliness of the dining area.
